Girls Skirt

I am finally posting a picture of the skirt I made for Lexi! She loves it, and it wasn't too hard to make. I wanted to add something to it, so I made flowers out of scraps of fabric and sewed them on. I'm excited about how it turned out.

Meet our new friends!

Here is what I have been working on. For anyone who doesn't know (if anyone besides us girls read this), I am decorating our coming baby's room with Dinosaurs. I really wanted to have some 'toy' dinosaurs to put in his room. I found this crochet pattern and loved it. Here is how they turned out!

Dillan is already jealous and wants his own someday too. I am glad to have them done!

Things??

I don't really know what to call these. I covered some tube containers with faux leather fabric. They have detachable lids. I just tied three of them together and put them on a plate. I'm not sure anyone else will like these, but they were fun - my own strange idea instead of one I saw somewhere else.

Candle Holders

This is the small version of the candle holders that dad cut for us. I don't have candles to put on them yet. It's hard to tell they are three different heights. You can't see it in the picture, but there is red paint under the black. The black paint was sanded on the edges so the red shows through.

Temple Pictures

Mom saw a picture she really liked at work and asked me if I could do a pictures similar to it. So this morning I looked through some of the pictures I've taken of the Provo Temple and put this together. It's getting printed right now and I'm excited to see how it looks printed! If you click on the picture it should bring it up bigger so you can see it better.

Table Runner

This is the table runner I made for Amy for her birthday. I finally finished it so I can take it to her next week. The colors match her 'great room'. I hope you like it, Amy! I like it, but it doesn't match with my house, darn. It is about 66 inches x 20 inches.
